I had an amazing time at this hotel. The hot springs and onsens were incredible, especially the outdoor mixed bathing while it was snowing. The location was picturesque, with beautiful autumn colors and snow-capped mountains. The staff, despite not speaking fluent English, were patient and helpful with all my questions.
